On 24 April 2026, the seminar “Presentation and discussion of amendments to subordinate legislations to ensure the functioning of eco-industrial parks” was held in Kyiv. The event took place in a hybrid format and brought together representatives of public authorities, the expert community, and businesses to support the development of transparent mechanisms for the green transformation of Ukrainian industry.
A total of 423 participants (including 43 attending in person at the venue) became acquainted with the draft amendments to secondary legislation related to the implementation of the eco-industrial park (EIP) model.
During the seminar, the speakers delivered presentations on the following topics:
- Eco-Industrial Parks as the next stage in the development of industrial parks in the context of the circular economy and Ukraine’s recovery
- The current regulatory framework governing the functioning of industrial parks: key provisions, challenges, and limitations for the implementation of the EIP model
- Presentation of draft amendments to regulatory acts for the implementation of the EIP model
In addition, seminar participants discussed the specific features of the current regulation in the field of industrial parks, the implementation of the EIP model, and the presented amendments to secondary legislation.
