On 2 September 2026, the Parliament of Ukraine adopted the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine to Improve the Functioning of Industrial Parks” (Draft Law No. 12117). The adopted Law introduces a number of important changes aimed at further advancing the development of industrial parks in Ukraine.
