The Patriot Industrial Park is located in the city of Sumy. The territory is about 8 ha. It has a total of 115 tenants and 15 of them are producers.

Industrial Park VinIndustry is located in Vinnytsia and covers an area of 26.3 hectares, where no fewer than six enterprises will be attracted.

The park is situated within a designated industrial area of the Vinnytsia, in close proximity to other industrial parks and manufacturing enterprises. This location creates significant potential for clustering and production synergies. At the same time, the city authorities, with the involvement of partners, are making substantial investments in developing the engineering and transport infrastructure of industrial parks.

Industrial Park BIOSENSE is located in the Stepankivska territorial community near the city of Cherkasy.
The park covers an area of 29.7 hectares, where a modern center for agro-processing and alternative energy, utilizing local raw materials, is planned to be developed.
The park aims to combine sustainable infrastructure with high-tech innovative production.

Formatsia.Lviv is a modern industrial park located within the city of Lviv, focused on the development of manufacturing and innovation.
The park covers an area up to 30 hectares. Over 50,000 m² of space – about one-third of the total planned building area – is already being prepared for park residents.

The park’s mission is to reduce its carbon footprint and integrate eco-friendly solutions into the production activities of its resident companies, while ensuring a high level of engineering and social infrastructure. In doing so, the park seeks to become a key driver of environmentally sustainable agribusiness in the region, promoting efficient resource use and supporting sustainable development.

The Marijany Industrial Park, covering an area of 30 ha, is located within the territory of the village of Ryzhany in Zhytomyr oblast. The objective of establishing the park is to create a production ecosystem based on access to local primary raw materials, shared infrastructure, and opportunities for the localization of value chains.
