As part of the project “Global Eco-Industrial Parks Program II (GEIPP-II Ukraine) in Ukraine: Implementation at the National Level”, implemented by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization in partnership with the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, with financial support from the Government of Switzerland, an event is planned to be held dedicated to the presentation and discussion of amendments to the by-laws to ensure the functioning of eco-industrial parks.
The purpose of the event is to present and discuss draft amendments to subordinate regulations to ensure the functioning of eco-industrial parks, namely:
- Draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Procedure for Maintaining the Register of Industrial Parks”;
- Draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On approval of the Procedure for obtaining the status of an eco-industrial park”;
- Draft Amendments to the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Strategy for the Development of Industrial Parks for 2023–2030.
We invite representatives of central and local authorities, management companies and initiators of industrial parks, consulting agencies and technical experts to participate in the event.
Training duration: from 10:00 to 13:00 Kyiv time.
Dates: April 24, 2026.
Venue: online, Zoom platform and offline Kyiv (the exact location will be communicated to registered participants for security reasons).
