The draft law aimed at improving the conditions for industrial parks in Ukraine, incorporating amendments that feature the EIP approach, was submitted to the Parliament of Ukraine on October 14, 2024.
The submitted draft law defines the concept of an EIP and establishes a mechanism for the official recognition of EIPs by the Government, including their key characteristics. It also outlines the obligations of the authorized body (the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine) to create favorable conditions for the development of EIPs.
