The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), within the framework of the Global Eco-Industrial Park Programme (GEIPP) funded by Switzerland through the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), invites you to participate in the training on Circular Economy approaches in industrial parks, RECP (Resource efficiency and cleaner production) in companies, EIP (Eco-industrial park) opportunities identification in existing industrial parks for small and medium processing enterprises, and service providers in the field of resource-efficient and cleaner production, industrial symbiosis, circular economy, and eco-industrial parks.
About the Training
The GEIPP aims to promote circular economy approaches in industries, mitigate the climate impact of industrial activities, and enhance the resilience of industrial parks to climate change.
We invite you to register for the training. The training aim is to maximise trainer-trainee and trainee-trainee interactions to develop/share solid knowledge and practical experiences on Circular Economy approaches in industrial parks, RECP in Companies, EIP opportunities identification in existing industrial parks.
The training modules will cover the following EIP topics:
- RECP methodology;
- EIP approach;
- Circular Economy.
Target Audience
This training is designed for up to 20 professionals, including:
- Representatives of small and medium processing enterprises;
- Service providers in the field of resource-efficient and cleaner production, industrial symbiosis, circular economy, and eco-industrial parks.

- Duration: Three days of training.
- Location: Teresva, Tiachiv district of Transcarpathian region, Ukraine.
- Dates: 7-9 April 2025
