On 25 February 2026, a workshop with the management of the VinIndustry Industrial Park was held in Vinnytsia to review and update the parks design with the aim of improving its alignment with the EIP model.
The review and discussions were conducted in line with the steps of the EIP Concept Planning Tool, including:
- Review of the current and future situation.
- Assessment of park planning in accordance with the International EIP Framework and land-use implications.
- Review of industry interest in locating within the park.
- Review of existing and potential anchor companies.
- Review of synergy opportunities and related land-use implications.
- Definition of criteria and zoning for industries allocation.
- Development/optimization of the park concept plan.
- Marketing and promotion of the added value of the EIP concept plan.
Following the workshop, recommendations will be developed for updating the park concept and related organizational and planning solutions, aimed at enhancing the environmental, social, and economic performance of the park.
