Eco-Industrial Parks Programme II - Ukraine Country Level intervention

Public consultation on two draft guidance documents for DSTU 9328:2025 is open until 19 June

Within the framework of the GEIPP-II Ukraine project, the NGO “Zhyva Planeta” (Living Planet) has prepared draft versions of two guidance documents for the new national standard DSTU 9328:2025 “Eco-Industrial Parks. Sustainability Criteria and Assessment Method”. The documents are open for public consultation until 19 June 2025.

Guidance document for industrial parks

The first document is addressed to management companies and industrial parks that are planning or have already begun implementing the EIP approach. The guidance document explains step by step how to put the standard’s requirements into practice: how to build a management system, organise the services of a management company, and set up monitoring of performance indicators and risks. A dedicated section covers the preparation of an evidence base for voluntary certification and rating assessment to achieve EIP class “bronze”, “silver” or “gold”. Read it here.

Guidance document for conformity assessment bodies

The second document has been developed for certification bodies, as well as auditors, experts, and verifiers involved in the assessment of industrial parks. It provides a detailed description of how to apply the standard’s requirements at every stage of the procedure: from application review and audit planning to determining rating scores, documenting results, and making certification decisions, as well as conducting surveillance and reassessment. Access it here.
