On 4 March 2026, a workshop was held in Lviv with the management of the Formatsia Industrial Park to enhance the park’s competitiveness by expanding value-added services for its tenant companies.
The review and discussion of existing and potential value-added services in the park were conducted in line with the steps of the EIP Management Services Tool, including:
- Identification of key challenges, opportunities, and strategic issues faced by the industrial park
- Selection of service categories for detailed review
- Assessment and prioritization of potential additional services (including Industry 4.0 services)
- Action planning for priority additional services
In addition, a general review of the business model for priority value-added services was carried out.
Following the workshop, the Project will develop recommendations for an action plan to introduce new priority value-added services in the park, aimed at enhancing its environmental, social, and economic performance.
