On 22 May 2026, a seminar on the practical implementation of the National Standard for Eco-Industrial Parks (EIPs) was held in Kyiv in a hybrid format.
A total of 337 participants took part in the event, including 41 participants who attended in person at the venue.
During the seminar, the general principles of the EIP model and the results achieved under the GEIPP-II Ukraine project were presented. Two new methodological guidelines were also introduced and discussed: one for industrial park management companies and the other for certification bodies. In addition, participants reviewed common risks associated with the implementation of the EIP model and approaches to avoiding them.
The seminar participants took part in an interactive session, during which they had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the practical aspects of assessing industrial parks against the requirements of the National Standard.
